We offer self-collection, delivery services and mailing services.

 

Self-Collection ( By Appointment Only)

1. For customer who choose to self-collect your order, you can pick up from our place as below mentioned address.

Operating Hours:

Open daily, from 9am to 6pm.

 

Please note that we do not have a retail shop or showroom at our place, self-collection is strictly by appointment only.

2. Please select "Self-Collection" during Check Out and indicate your preferred date & time for collection, our team will get back to you via confirmation email within 24 hours.

 

3. Kindly be on time for your collection. Please contact us at +65 97276472 before making your way down.

 

4. Please quote your order number (e.g #1111) during Self-Collection.

5. It’s advisable to schedule for Self-Collection 1 to 2 hours prior your actual event to ensure balloons are in perfect condition.

 

Please refer to the table below for floating time of different types of balloons: 

12inch Latex Helium Balloons can float in the air for approximately 6 to 8 hours*;

18inch Foil Helium Balloons can float in the air for approximately 12 hours*;

36inch-40inch Foil & Latex Helium Balloons can float in the air for approximately 24 hours*;

 

*subject to weather condition/temperature and how the balloons are being handled and transported. The balloons will gradually become softer/smaller over time which are fairly common.

6. Strictly no refund/exchange once the balloons/party supplies are handed over in good condition upon self-collection unless the items has a defect.

 

Delivery

1. Please choose this option if you have inflated balloons in your shopping cart.

​

2. Please indicate your preferred delivery date, timing and location of your delivery. Our customer service will contact you via email / phone call within 1 working days upon receiving your order. 

​

3. As delivery slots are limited, we encourage you to book up to at least 5 days in advance. Please contact us via email or phone for any last minute amendment (at least 3 days before delivery) of delivery date/time/location,  subject to schedule availability. 

 

4. There is a delivery charges of $35 for each delivery to one location. We will provide one time free delivery if order amount is above $150. Please note that if your order contains helium tank rental, the free delivery is not applicable. For deliveries to Sentosa, Jurong island and Changi Airport, an additional delivery charges of $10 will be imposed.

 

5. All delivery orders are subjected to schedule availability. We are able to deliver your items any time between 9am and 6pm daily. It’s advisable to schedule for delivery 1 to 2 hours prior your actual event to ensure balloons are in perfect condition. Please refer to the table below for floating time of different types of balloons:

6. For deliveries require special delivery timing (e.g. before 9am and after 6pm), please check with us in advance before placing your order. Such deliveries are subjected to additional charges.

7. Fun@Balloons aims to provide efficient delivery, please note that actual delivery time will vary from 30 MINUTES before or after your stated delivery time due to unforeseen weather condition and road traffic.

8. We reserve the rights to reject any orders should we be unable to take the delivery. Any orders paid will be refunded under such circumstances.

 

9. Strictly no refund/exchange once the balloons/ party supplies are handed over in good condition upon delivery.
