  • Does Fun@Balloons have a physical store in Singapore? Do you accept Walk-Ins?
    Fun@Balloons is currently fully Online-Based in Singapore, as such we do not have physical showroom at the moment. All our products are readily available at the website. Walk-Ins are only available by appointment.
  • How long does do our order take to be processed ? How early must I make my order to ensure that I will recieved my order on time?
    Upon recieved your order, we will process the order within 1 to 2 working days. If time allows, please place your order as early as possible.
  • Is it possible for us to send email or phone order.
    We do accept email or phone order.
  • All the balloon price on your website is nett price?
    Yes, the product price on our website is nett price. We do not charge GST.
  • Are all the items on your website in stock?
    Some items may be out of stocl or short on stock at the time of ordering. We will contact you immediately to advise you if this is the case.
  • How long can the helium balloons last?
    The floating time of 12" helium balloons is about 8 to 10 hours, while foil balloons can keep floating up to 1 day or more, but depending on the condition of ballons and storing environment. We recommnad to collect your balloons on the party day itself or plan your delivery date and time appropriately.
  • If I have my own balloons, can I bring over to your side to inflate with helium? How much is the charges? "
    For helium inflation of customer's balloons, the cost depends on the balloon type nad size. However, we have no obligation for balloons if there is a samange or burst during or after inflation. Please check with us in advance and we will quote based on your balloons type.
  • How do I make changes / cancel my order?
    Please send your email request to Please consider your order changed / cancelled only when you received confirmations by email. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the requested delivery date, 50% of the purchase amount will will forfeited.
